Hi Swetha, I feel our yoga session is the best time of my day, even though last year I joined Fittr and took up a 12 week transformation. I didn't feel energized while doing workouts. Whereas our sessions are bringing in me more positivity and energy. I definitely say meditation and breathing exercises are best. Earlier I was thinking of joining a separate mediation group. Thanks to you for adding to our sessions. Can't believe myself eagerly waiting for Power yoga sessions to push myself more. Thanks to both of you for all your efforts to encourage understanding our body better and correct us to do our best. Thanks alot for both of your efforts. Wishing to continue this sessions as long as possible. Hi swetha.... From the bottom of my heart I am very much Thankful to you for the wonderful yoga sessions which changed my lifestyle. I am 6 weeks old new mom when I joined yoga. I have put on lots of weight during pregnancy. I was feeling heavy on body and was about to change my wardrobe but magically my yoga guru entered in to my life.. Its been 28 days of yoga and there is no need of changing any wardrobe. I can really tell you that there is a lot of difference in my energy levels. before i use to feel very exhausted with all the work and kids with no help here and use to get angry on kids and shout at them (never thought I would do that & that is not my style or idea of parenting ) basically my body didn't have any rest after pregnancy it is sooo tired I know I need to boost it up. It became worse in this lockdown. I couldn't sit down for more than 5-10 mins. My legs used to get numb and I lost flexibility in my body. After starting doing yoga I started sleeping soundly. I see lots of change in my energy levels and a bit of mental peace too. I haven't lost any weight yet bcoz it's been just 15-20 classes, but I can see some change in my body. It is kind of getting toned or the weight is getting equally distributed looking forward to updating you about the weight loss. I'm glad that I got to know abt u at the right time Tq so much Shweta.

I would like to share my overall experience for the last three months of yoga. I'm really feeling glad about the changes I have noticed in all these months after Joining yoga.I used to be under medication for sleep disorders and to compensate the dosage I was suggested anti depressant in the morning.It eventually aggravated and I hardly slept for 2 hours the whole day.Nothing has really helped in resolving my sleep disorders.I happened to join Yoga online due to COVID. It's a great blessing. in disguise for me. I initially started with an intention to do some workout to tire the body so that I get some better sleep but eventually I started enjoying the flexibility that I attained during this process. Gradually I adopted the complete sequence with warm up, intense cardio, breathing exercises and meditation which has a proper pattern to keep body and mind balanced and calm. My anxiety, immunity and sleep disorders. got solved without my knowledge. Trust me if it's followed religiously and once it becomes a habit you will truly notice the benefits out of it.Indeed this has sorted my menstrual cycle disorders too.Thanks coach 🙂 for making it more fruitful with your proper guidance.

Firstly Thank you so much for making a session yesterday .My Aunt and My sister really enjoyed the session and they have learnt what is the real meaning of yoga and what is the ultimate goal to be reached. Till now we thought it's only Asanas and Pranayama . But all those 8 limbs that you have explained is a go to manuscript for a human being in any situation and helps us to gauge ourselves and improve towards the better. Especially the discipline part, where I am struggling...when you told yesterday it was like an eye opener and kind of understood where am I lagging...Will work on Tapas. I felt a bit easier doing sun salutations today compared to the first few classes..... I think practicing in the right way along with other techniques of yoga and breathing exercises made it easier to get adapted to the body.... Giving theory class now instead of day 1 made sense and made me understand better about the 8 limbs of yoga and purpose of yoga...heartfelt thanks to Swetha and Vamsi for your efforts to bring yoga in our lives.

Hi Swetha, I Really Felt that silence today .I went to meditative state effortlessly. I actually forgot all the words.. Now also I am not getting any words...I totally forgot...I am not able to explain how it felt ...l mean that feeling is unexplainable...In the middle of breathing I thought of sharing how I felt...But towards the end I totally forgot how it felt in the middle...and till now also I am not able to recall ..what I thought of sharing ...Totally Totally Blank........I think that silence doesn't require any words...AAA. Thanks for today's session, it was interesting and useful. Honestly I had no interest in yoga (no offense pls) because of the current Covid-19 situation I had no other choice and somehow home workouts were not working for me. So I thought I will give it a try. I was always a gym person. I do weights training so I thought how hard yoga can be Just stretching your body right but after one month of practice I can now feel the difference between yoga and Gym. First thing, yoga is not as easy as it looks and Oh boy.... I can feel the difference mentally and Physically. I am a fan now and want to continue for a few more months. Thanks Swetha you are a star
