At Holistic Chakra (HC HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED), we are committed to providing high-quality wellness programs, workshops, and coaching services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our offerings.
1. Cancellations
- Once you register and make payment for a program/workshop/consultation, your booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations are not encouraged as spots are limited and resources are reserved for you.
- If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing at our email help.holisticchakra@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only if cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Partially attended programs.
- Digital products (e-books, guides, or recordings).
- No-shows to live workshops/sessions.
3. Program Transfers
- If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrollment to the next available batch or program (subject to approval).
- Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the program start date.
4. Exceptions
- In cases of unforeseen emergencies (medical or otherwise), we may, at our discretion, provide program credit that can be used for future services.
